I get compliments about how beautiful she is all the time. Which 2 did you end up keeping? If you have any pictures of them I'd love to see how the others are maturing... I've been wondering as Cora grows how much smaller she is as one of the runts. Hope all is well with you guys as well. Thanks for the email. Anna

Breo in CT.

---Hey Rhonda and Kevin, It's been a while and I think you will be happy for an update. Breo is 65 pounds and in great health. She is the most wonderful dog I could ever want. She is fast, I mean real fast. She is a better swimmer than any lab or water dog. She will pull whole trees out of lakes. She has even taught other dogs to swim and loves to be in our canoe. This along with raising bottle fed kittens and other rescue animals (she adores cats). When we go to the animal hospital that my wife works for she will lay by the cages of other sick animals. The other vets are amazed to watch her care for other animals. She now has a rescue puppy (pit mix) and is teaching her good manners. I'm sending you a pic let me know if you get it. Mike

Sadie owned by Vicki in NY
RIP

Sadie was my red-nosed Red.
When Noey died from cancer,
we bought Sadie from a very reputable breeder MGXLPits. Sadie loved belly rubs, got along with other dogs (and cats!), and her favorite pastime was giving humans kisses. Sadie was not too fond of vehicles, however - but with a leash and a harness, she'd be ready to go Sadie and Tigger were polar opposites in every aspect - except their love of humans. We lost our Sadie due to the negligence of our local animal hospital. Please read this before you board your dogs anywhere.
We were planning to go away for the 4th of July, and had taken Sadie and Tigger to the Newburgh Veterinary Hospital (1716 Route 300 Newburg, 845-564-2660). The hospital showed my husband two small metal crates, and said that these crates were only temporary; the dogs would not be kept in the crates and would be placed in a different area. The dogs were kept there, however, the basement door held shut by only a paint can. Both dogs broke out of the crates and escaped the basement that night. Tigger was found on the couch the next morning, but Sadie had broken through a screen window and escaped. Newburgh Veterinary Hospital did not notify us or the police until several crucial hours had gone by - in fact, we were not notified until 12:30 that afternoon. Sadie had been spotted a few times in the following weeks. We had heard that the dog had received a broken leg at some point. On July 26th, Sadie was hit by a vehicle and killed on Route 84. The monogram on her shoulder was how we identified her, her body was so badly damaged. The Newburgh Veterinary Hospital is responsible for Sadie's demise! They lied to us, failed to notify us when the dogs escaped and caused her death through sheer negligence. If they had boarded her correctly, none of this would have happened. I will do whatever it takes to make sure nobody else has to go through this kind of torment because of someone else's negligence!

Part of our health guarantee is that if your dog/pup gets hit by a car, we will replace it, that is the case here.
Piper was given to Vicki and her family shortly after Sadie's tragic death. We know Sadie can't be replaced, but Piper is helping the healing process

Piper also owned by Vicki in NY

Piper is 8 months old, she was born on 9/6/2003 She is a total love bug, who loves to go every morning for a run in the park. She'll jump in the water and follow the Geese across the pond. She's spoiled, she sleeps with me at night, follows me from room to room. She loves to play with my next door nieghbors Boxer(in a controlled enviroment). I want to thank Montgomerys Guardian XL Pits for a beautiful dog.

Jaxyn and Chaos in NH

I highly reccomend Kevin and Rhonda's dogs. Jaxyn and Chaos have proven themselves as great working dogs time and time again. Jaxyn can track like a bloodhound only faster and more efficiently. Chaos is so confident and intimidating that most people dont know what to make of him! He is super protective, but has a sweet temperament. These dogs are smart, and know when to be aggressive, and when to be calm and passive. Anyone who has questions about the montgomery's dogs can feel free to contact me through my website- I am trying to get some updated pics of the dogs up there-so should be soon chaos is now a ripped up 90lbs, at just over one year old.

Kami in Illinois

Ya, she is doing really good here, she's really nice to the kids and she's great at the whole potty training thing. We love her very much, should be sending the heath guarantee back to you next week. Thanks again maybe in a couple years we'll buy another one off of ya, lol.

Charlie

Charlie is doing great. He is perfect. I couldn't be happier with him. He is as much a part of my family as I am. (haha). Not only is he smart but he looks great. Charlie attracts attention anywhere he goes. People stop and stare as he walks past. The compliments, on his looks and his tempermant even as he continues to grow and take his final form, have not stopped pouring in. He has a perfect balance from his intimidating look to his friendly smile. I have been meaning to take recent pictures of him but everytime I try, I find myself wresting on the floor with him. I will make it a top priority this coming weekend to capture a few good shots of him and forward them over to you. I hope all is well with your pups and let me know if I can help in any way. You have provided me with Charlie, whom I consider my son, and I can't thank you enough for the love and happiness he has brought into my life. Thank You, and I will be in touch soon.
